Good practical decor with picture relief and good period furniture with lined curtains. Good quality hard wearing carpeting in sound condition. Effective centre and bedside lighting with central heating. Firm comfortable bed with very good linen and bedding including mattress protectors.

Bathroom

Well decorated bathroom with good use of tiling. A very good standard of fixtures and fittings with ample shelf space. Good hard wearing carpeting in sound condition. Central heating with centre and razor lighting and assisted ventilation.

Kitchen

Well decorated with good use of tiling. Well fitted modern units with sufficient storage and worktop space for two visitors. The flooring is sealed cork tiles in sound condition. Spot light illuminate the working surfaces and there is open plan heating and ventilation. A good standard of equipment including a microwave. There is a variety of cutlery, crockery and glassware is all to a good standard. Kitchenware is of good quality and in sound condition.
