There is no reasonable suggestion which I do not action.

bullet    of which 107 have been 3 or more times
bullet    of which 43 have been 5 or more times
bullet    of which 18 have been 7 or more times
bullet    The guest at the top of the league has booked 20 times!

O Quality and cleanliness of the accommodation

O Creation of an ambience to put you in the holiday mood

O Provision of information to help you take best advantage of the area

O A punctual and helpful housekeeper

O Timely, meaningful and useful correspondence

The apartments are redecorated where necessary every year and the carpets professionally cleaned. The heating system is serviced, inspected and certificated annually.

I am always seeking ways improve all of the above.
