My aim is to delight you with your holiday accommodation so that you come back again and again.

I try to do this with :-

O Quality and cleanliness of the accommodation

O Creation of an ambience to put you in the holiday mood

O Provision of information to help you take best advantage of the area

O A punctual and helpful housekeeper

O Timely, meaningful and useful correspondence

The apartments are redecorated where necessary every year and the carpets professionally cleaned. The heating system is serviced, inspected and certificated annually.

I am always seeking ways improve all of the above.

After each let I send a reply paid letter to encourage you to let me know your improvement suggestions or tell me where I have slipped.

There is no reasonable suggestion which I do not action.

Proof of the pudding is threefold :-

O As at November 2005, over 30% of my bookings are repeat visits.

bullet    of which 57 have been 3 or more times
bullet    of which 20 have been 5 or more times
bullet    of which 3 gave been 8 or more times
bullet    My best customer has been 16 times!

O The extracts from the Visitor's Books (I have attached a small sample) speak
for themselves

O The response forms I receive are uniform in their praise. As at November 2005 :

Slippage's are few and I act on them!
