This inventory is the minimum I plan to provide for a 1 bedroom apartment. However, this minimum isn’t guaranteed as occasionally breakages occur or items go missing. Once a shortage is detected I will arrange for a replacement. If you perceive the shortage of an item which would enhance the apartment please let me know and I will consider including it. Each apartment will also benefit from additional cosmetic items and these are not identified here.
