Phone or email me to verify availability, and make your reservation. To avoid disappointment please confirm your booking, with deposit by return of post or online. The booking will be held for you for 3 working days. The property will be held on receipt of the deposit which will be 25% of the total cost of your holiday. If less than 6 weeks before the date of your holiday the full amount is due. Upon receipt of the deposit a Confirmation letter and Balance payment Form will be sent to you. When paying the balance on or before the date requested please return the Balance Payment Form with your remittance. This will be receipted and returned to you with all necessary holiday joining information. Payment MethodPayment methods are :- · A cheque in pounds sterling (£/GBP) that may be drawn against a bank with a UK sort code · A transfer direct to my bank account – I will supply details on request (Note to overseas customers: any and all bank charges must be picked up by you) Booking ConditionsThe booking shall be made between the Guest (you) and the Owner (Mr C Melville-Brown) and these conditions shall be the booking contract. Although care is taken that the descriptions are accurate, no warranty is given as to their accuracy and the owner shall not be liable for any inaccuracies. The deposit shall be sent to Mr C Melville-Brown together with the completed booking form to confirm a booking. The balance of the holiday payment is payable 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday to Mr C Melville-Brown. CancellationMr C Melville-Brown must be notified immediately of any cancellation. All monies, once paid, are forfeit in the event of a cancellation. It is strongly recommended that you make your own insurance arrangements to cover such an eventuality. AvailabilityThe booking is made on the understanding that the accommodation will be available to the Guest on the dates booked unless the owner is unable to provide the accommodation due to circumstances outside his control e.g. damage to the property. In such an eventuality all monies paid will be refunded. Limits of LiabilityGuests who accept bookings agree and acknowledge that the owner shall not become liable or responsible for damage or injury to the property or persons in connection with such holidays or arising directly or indirectly from Acts of God or hazards of water fire mechanical breakdown or other cause whatsoever nor can he accept any responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delays sickness weather strikes war animals farming activities or acts of government and any other authority and any other cause. Duties of the GuestThe holiday property may not be occupied by more than the maximum number of persons as stated on the booking form. Guests will not smoke inside the apartment. Guests may smoke on the balcony provided that the door and window to the apartment are closed. Butts etc to be discarded appropriately. Pets may not be brought to the apartment. If you receive visitors please ensure that they do not disrupt the peace and quiet of the area. Please leave apartment clean and presentable for the next guest, as you would like to find it. Empty rubbish bins Turn thermostat to Low Ensure all windows are properly latched shut and the door is firmly closed behind you.
